Rob just replaced our garage door opener after our old one broke down. He was very careful and meticulous during the process and, as a result, discovered a flaw in the brand new model he installed. He diligently and persistently followed up with the distributor and even the manufacturer directly and eventually realized that this new model had a built in design flaw, so he replaced it with a comparable but “tried and true” one. This all cost him time and money but he saw the process through with a smile. He earned my trust and respect throughout and I will definitely use him again when the time comes.
